ABOUT US
Our
Story
In September 2003, a small group of young adults came together in answer to God’s invitation to become the Psalm 27:4 people, to build a House of Prayer in the spirit of the Tabernacle of David in Singapore, and to equip and raise up the End-Time generation.
This invitation was first given to Kay-Chong starting in the late 1980s. God spoke of a young people movement that would arise living as people of one thing (Ps. 27:4) and the End-Time army of God.
It wasn’t until the Lord orchestrated a sojourn in IHOP–Kansas City in the early 2000s that He gave the heart and language behind this move that He was raising up. Upon receiving a commission from the Lord while at IHOPKC, Kay-Chong returned to Singapore to begin the House of Prayer.
What started as fortnightly gatherings in homes has grown, by His grace, to multiple sessions at the House of Prayer every week, including a weekly session for Israel. We are trusting God that prayer and worship will continually arise from this land to His throne and that a company of young people will arise in partnership with God as the mature End-Time generation!

3. Prepare God’s people and the nations for Jesus’ return, and at the same time, equip and mobilise forerunner messengers who will do the same;
4. Do the work of the Great Commission;

Our Logo
Our logo encompasses our ministry values and message.
The logo’s red colour represents Passion for Jesus.
The altar is reminiscent of a torch with a flame upon it. The torch represents the bearing of the messages of Intimacy with God and the Forerunner Message, represented by the flame upon the altar. The two peaks signify the two messages.
The fire and altar together is also shaped like a person. This signifies that the messenger embodies the message, and that the message is the messenger.
In the Bible, the fire on the altar also signifies the place of prayer before the Lord. This means that prayer is at the centre and core of all that we do.
