The deepest longing of the human heart is to know and enjoy the glory of God through Jesus Christ. We are fashioned for this. Nothing in this world can satisfy the ache of our heart for encountering the glory of Jesus. Jesus asked the Father in John 17:24, “Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me.”
