I had a prophetic encounter on the night of January 6, 2023. However, I was unsure if it was a dream, vision or trance.

In the encounter, the LORD came to me as the Psalm 23 Shepherd-King with the kingly rod and the shepherd’s staff in His right and left hands respectively. Then He invited me to sit with Him at the Table of the LORD. It was a strange table — a 3-tiered table. Each tier was labelled with a Scripture verse from the lowest tier to the highest tier — Revelation 3:20, Jeremiah 23:18 and Psalm 23:5.

As I sat at the Table with the LORD opposite me, there was a huge swirl of wind and a storm around the Table. But I was filled with peace, joy and rest whenever I focused on YHWH Ra’ah on the other side of the Table! The LORD exhorted me not to be troubled by the swirling winds and storms but to focus on Him who is more than able to lead as the great Leader and guide as the good Shepherd!

Then the LORD reminded and exhorted me to hold on to the prophetic dream given on April 6, 2021 and the open vision given on January 6, 2022. Together with the Psalm 23 Table, we shall be made ready for the Dawning of the New Era in the midst of the Isaiah 60:2 darkness.

On April 6, 2021, I had a prophetic dream where the LORD showed me the importance of coming before the Table of the LORD where He is going to feast with us. It was the Revelation 3:20 Table. There was a book on the Table. Three key passages came forth from the book when the wind of the Holy Spirit blew on the book.

They were: Revelation 2 and 3 — the Seven Letters to the Seven Churches, Matthew 5 to 7 — the Sermon on the Mount, and John 13 to 17 — the Upper Room Discourse. All three passages are key passages that Jesus is going to “feed” us with at the Table of communion and intimacy, so that we are prepared and arise as the mature sons of God, equally yoked Bride of Christ unto the John 17 generation.

The Revelation 3:20 Table prophetic dream primarily focused on coming before the Revelation 3:20 Table of the LORD, which is the Table of Intimacy. To have real, deep and authentic history and intimacy with Jesus is absolutely essential in the coming decade!

On January 6, 2022, I had an open vision which primarily focused on Jeremiah 23:18. It was about the divine summons to come before the Table of the LORD for an Audience with the King. It is for the receiving of His divine orders, strategies and battle plans for the battle that is to come! Jesus will Himself personally bring us to stand before His presence and impart to us His orders from heaven, which will empower us to be ready.

The Jeremiah 23:18 Table of Counsel is where Jesus as the King is going to give us divine orders so we can partner with Him as the Matthew 16 Ekklesia in this crucial time.

The LORD then said to me that 2023 is a “tipping point” year and a “hinge” year. The direction in which the door of history swings is determined by how we respond in intercession, declaration and decreeing that are aligned with His plan and purposes in this Historic Transitional Decade.

Jesus, who is the Commander of the Army will give us divine orders as He promised in the Jeremiah 23:18 Hour open vision (January 6, 2022).

Psalm 23 will be a critical passage of Scripture. The LORD will bring us to the Psalm 23 Table in the midst of our enemies — increasing darkness as well as the rise of global evil. Sitting at the Psalm 23 Table will be crucial. The Psalm 23 Table is also the Table of the good Shepherd (i.e. YHWH Ra’ah) and the great Leader (i.e. YHWH Nissi) who will lead us unto triumphant procession.

When we sit at the Psalm 23 Table, we are no longer consumed with the swirling winds and storms around the table, but with the good Shepherd and the great Leader who is seated on the other side of the Table!

At the Psalm 23 Table, Jesus is also coming as the King-Breaker of Micah 2:13 where He is going to break open for His people to walk into the fullness of our destiny as the John 17 Generation. He is giving the breaker-rod and the shepherd-staff to His prepared Ekklesia who will break open for the corporate Body of Christ among nations, in order for His Body to break out and walk into fullness of His plan and promises — the emergence of the John 17 Generation.

At the Revelation 3:20 Table, Jesus will give us the book.
At the Jeremiah 23:18 Table, Jesus will give us divine orders.
At the Psalm 23:5 Table, Jesus will give us the rod and the staff.

This is the breaker’s rod of Micah 2:13 and with it we will break open so many will walk into the new era and into the plan of God that He has for us, which is Revelation, Revolution and Reformation. This is where the Millennials, Gen Zs and Gen Alphas will arise as the John 17 generation.

In this tipping-point and hinge year, the LORD as the Psalm 23 Shepherd will bring us before the Psalm 23 Table in the midst of darkness and enemies. As we focus on Him, He will give us the breaker-rod and the shepherd-staff (i.e. Micah 2:13 rod) which we will use to break open so that many more will come forth.

As a House of Prayer, we gather weekly to hear God for what it is He desires to speak to us for the time ahead. As we receive from Him, we corporately discern, interpret, and put the words together at the end of each year. At the end of the year 2022, this is what we believe God is saying for the coming season.

You are living in the hour of Historic Transition. You are about to witness a great acceleration and escalation of both glory and darkness in the coming decade. It will not be delayed. There will be no turning back. It will be unsurpassed and unprecedented in all of human history and will lead to the dawning of a new era. Truly you are on the cusp of the Isaiah 60:1–3 prophetic moment!

Have I not spoken to you? Have I not alerted you? Do you still not perceive it?

Do not fear! I AM the Author and the Perfecter of this storyline. This is part of My redemptive plan at the End of the Age. I AM also coming to you as the good Shepherd, great Leader and Almighty King. I will lead, empower, and prepare you so that you may arise as My vessels of glory and light. A great divine metamorphosis is taking place in this season of Preparation for the Times — the transformation of a generation to be the John 17 Generation! I, Your Bridegroom-King am zealous for your fullness. It is not good enough for you to be My sheep, but the burning and the shining lamp. I AM the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. I AM imparting My spiritual DNA unto you so that you will arise as the roaring lions in the midst of the rising darkness. For you are born for such a time as this and I will not relent until I have a people who walk in the fullness of My glory!

Therefore, be zealous for I AM zealous for your fullness!

Now is the hour for intentional and serious preparation. This is not the time to be passive and lukewarm. This is also not the time to hold back. Fix your eyes upon the One who writes and engineers the storyline. The story is already written for you. The race is already marked out for you. Surely My grace is more than sufficient for you. Haven’t I promised the coming of a Greater Helper, the Holy Spirit? All that is required of you is to wait, to trust and to align to all that I have spoken and revealed to you.

Have I not given you My divine preparation process through the 10 passages of Scripture? Do not doubt it. Do not neglect them. Truly they are gold and treasure that will equip and empower you. Just as John the Apostle took and ate the “little book”, now is the time for you to take and eat your “little book”.

I AM inviting you to bear fruit in speaking forth as My vessel and friend. I AM also inviting you to bear fruit at the place of prayer. This invitation is given to all who hear but there is a requirement for preparation unto commission! Take heed because many are called but few are chosen!

Be WATCHFUL! Do not be casual or presumptuous in your response. Do not dilute the message or shrink back in fear. Do not be content with being full of activity or riding on the coattails of others. Only those who are real, deep and authentic in their walk with Me will prevail, overcome and thrive. Repent and remove all things that need to be removed so that there is no weak link within your heart. Deny yourself, follow Me, walk the narrow way and embrace the crucified life.

My glory train is on the move! I, Jesus, the LORD of Hosts am the Captain of this Glory Train! No one can stop or resist this move of Mine. It is the move of God unto a generation that will manifest and express the greater works, greater love, greater passion and greater oneness that I have preordained for such a time as this! For this is the Sovereign Appointed Time where you are transiting from a promised season unto a fulfilment season!

I AM zealous for you to be part of My storyline. For you are born for such a time as this: Chosen to bear Kingdom fruit; Invited to be My friend; Made ready to be My equally-yoked Bride! This is My heart and My divine plan that is preordained for you before the foundation of the earth and for the now!

I AM the Alpha and the Omega. I AM the Beginning and the End. For I have begun the good work 40 years ago. I shall surely see this to the fullest completion. For I AM faithful, I AM more than able and I will not fail. Be faithful and wise, watch and pray so that you may be counted worthy to fulfil all the good pleasures of My goodness!

We did three 20-day fasts in 2022 (the Revelation 3:20 fasts) as prompted by the Spirit to contend for the release of God’s promises, increase of prophetic, and coming of His glory.

This is because the decade of the 2020s is a culmination of God’s restoration that began in 1950s, where “70” signifies a turning point or new era.

2022 and 2023 mark the 40th year for many promises of God for the End-Time generation that were given in the 1980s. This season of stepping into their fulfilment began with the passing of Prince Philip on 9 April 2021. The passing of Queen Elizabeth II on 9 September 2022 pointed us to the dawning of a new era by the 2030s.

On the last day of our 3rd 20-day fast on 20 December 2022, someone saw an angel appear above me while I was doing a prophetic declaration and decree during a prayer session. The angel was holding a scroll and then blew the shofar.

The person saw that the scroll was the book of Esther, which will be a key book for the maturing of the Bride of Christ and a blueprint for the rise of the Ekklesia.

When the angel sounded the shofar, three messages went forth — Revelation, Revolution and Reformation.

I sought the LORD for greater understanding of the open vision from 20 December. The LORD spoke to me that 3 things would come forth by 2030 — Revelation, Revolution and Reformation.

REVELATION — There will be new normal of supernatural, prophetic, angelic and spiritual activity in the Body of Christ. This is because we are standing at the Joshua 3 and 2 Kings 2 Jordan River moment. We are entering into a sovereign appointed time of God.

REVOLUTION — There will be the emergence of the John 17 Generation among the Millennials and Gen Zs. It will be birthed forth from many who are discontented and dissatisfied with what they are seeing and experiencing in the Church. It will be a John the Baptist movement where many will come forth not from what is “norm” or from the institutional church, but from the wilderness of God and the school of the Spirit. It is out of wholeheartedness expressed through holy violence (Matt 11:12) that these people will arise.

REFORMATION — There will be the rise of the Ekklesia in the Body of Christ.

Then I saw the words “tipping point” and “hinged door”.

The LORD then said to me that 2023 is the tipping point and “hinge” year, where whichever way the door of history swings is determined by how we respond in intercession, declaration and decree that are aligned with His plan and purpose.

He will give us the divine order as He promised in the Jeremiah 23:18 hour vision.

Jesus is coming as the King-Breaker (Mic 2:13) where He is going to break open for God’s people to walk into our destiny as the John 17 Generation. He is giving a breaker-rod for His Ekklesia to break open for God’s people to break out!

One of the words that the LORD has been speaking to me over the last 2 years is HISTORIC TRANSITIONAL DECADE. We are truly living in unprecedented times where we are witnessing unprecedented shifts in many arenas and spheres of society. The world that we know and understand today will be drastically different by 2030.

The LORD made it so clear to me over the last 2 months that this is not merely a changing of season but the dawning of a NEW ERA — both in the positive and negative. We are literally stepping into the Isaiah 60:1–3 moment!

Psalm 2 is one of the clearest prophetic scriptures that the Spirit of God is highlighting to forewarn us of where we are heading in the negative! What we will witness in this decade is more than just the decay of values and morality, but the increase of spiritual darkness and resistance to anything that is of God: the rise of antichrist ideologies, the increasing hatred of God, an increased deception through secular and demonic narratives that seek to influence our worldview, the rapid advancement of technologies etc.

What is the end goal? All of the above will lead to the reshaping and redefining of humanity — how humans will look, think, behave, experience, relate, procreate, and perform. It will usher in the beginning of transhumanism! The real issue will no longer be about gender by 2030, but about the definition of humanity!

Daniel 11:32–33 reveals the positive of what the LORD will be doing IN AND THROUGH His people! The Spirit of God is birthing a new move for His people. It will be more than revival but REFORMATION! We will begin to understand and step into our true identity as His EKKLESIA! The heart of God is for the people of God to be made ready for our call in Matthew 16:18–19!

This decade is truly the PREPARATION FOR THE TIMES! There is a requirement to become mature so as to be “qualified” in order to partake of this inheritance of the saints. The key is to become the MATURE SONS OF GOD, EQUALLY-YOKED BRIDE OF CHRIST unto the JOHN 17 GENERATION!

Isaiah 42:23 says this, “Who among you will give ear to THIS? Who will listen and hear for the TIME TO COME?” Wisdom is to understand “the time to come” and “know what to do”!

The Word of the LORD is really to GET REAL (i.e. real, deep & authentic), GET OIL (i.e. Matthew 25:1–13) and GET PREPARED!

The LORD made it clear that we are standing in a HISTORIC TRANSITIONAL DECADE!

…For we are stepping into the Isaiah 60 PROPHETIC MOMENT where we can expect revival, spiritual breakthrough, encounters and prophetic promises breaking forth at almost incomprehensible levels.

Yet there will be a simultaneous increase and escalation of cultural and moral decay, spiritual darkness, uncertainty and challenges on political, social, economical, and environmental fronts etc.

With all these in mind, we can certainly still be full of confidence.

Our confidence is in Jesus who is the First and the Last, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who is our ANSWER and HOPE! If we lean into Jesus, on His terms, these are truly historic days and will be the finest hours for the Church of Jesus Christ!

For years, I have said that, “storm is coming”. Indeed, the storm is here. We can expect a greater storm in the days ahead. The days and years ahead will be of a calibre of difficulty and complexity greater than anything we have ever known in the past.

It was Mike Bickle who said this:

“I believe that the 2020s will be the most dramatic transitional decade in human history. I realize that is a big statement, yet I believe it to be true. So much is changing, and the pace and dramatic nature of the changes will continue to escalate. The world as we now know it will not exist as it is right now when this decade is over.”

If this is true, it beckons us to give utmost attention to what the Spirit is saying and we are compelled to respond appropriately.

The new normal is on the horizon but it will be radically different. It will be much more challenging than people expect, but the Kingdom glory will also far surpass what we imagine.

It is this historic transitional season that requires a critical course correction and perspective alignment.

…For God is summoning us into a season of PREPARATION FOR THE TIMES! We cannot assume that we will automatically enter into this season of the actualization of His prophetic promises. Neither can we assume that we are able to withstand the coming challenges.

If we want everything God would give to us in this hour of history, a short-term solution, life business as usual, or the “same ol’ same ol’” way of ministry can no longer suffice.

This reality has so struck me that I realise we need a PAUSE after a season of reset. We cannot move forward with incremental adjustments or slight adaptation, but we need total alignment.

We need to literally “start over”.

…For this is not a “7.69am season” but an “8.09am season”!

There is much that the LORD spoke and emphasized to us over the last 3 years of reset — key truths and messages, and the Word of the LORD. We need to understand and engage the LORD with all these in this Kairos moment.

This will PREPARE us to thrive spiritually and navigate with confidence FOR THE TIMES TO COME!

To this end, we are embarking on a 6-month PAUSE as a House to intensively and intentionally seek God for the specificity of how to properly position ourselves before Him and for His agenda in such a time as this. We cannot move forward in the same manner in this transitional decade.

As a ministry, we are making a major decision to “PAUSE” for the next 6 months. While we are not completely ceasing our prayer sessions or closing down, we are reducing the number of live worship and prayer sessions. We are also pausing some of our regular ministry activities.

We do not know what will happen at the end of the pause. However, we certainly do not want to miss the prompting that the Holy Spirit is giving to us in this hour. And if God is speaking, it demands unique focus, absolute alignment and unreserved response!

For this reason, we are deliberately re-centering around the consuming reality of Jesus, His agenda for the now and the season of PREPARATION FOR THE TIMES!

:: THE REVELATION 3:20 MOMENT ::
:: THE ISAIAH 42:23 DIVINE SUMMONS ::

This open vision that was received on January 6, 2022 is the second installment to the prophetic dream on April 6, 2021 — the Revelation 3:20 Moment.

This vision is primarily centred around a few passages of Scripture — Jeremiah 23:18; Zechariah 3 – 4; Joshua 5:13–15; Revelation 3:20 and Isaiah 42:23.

As I (Kay Chong) was praying on one of the mornings of our “Revelation 3:20 fast”, suddenly I saw an open vision! I saw a round table and immediately I knew that it was the Table of the Lord. Then Jesus came and sat at the Table as a King and the Commander–in–Chief of the LORD’s army!

(What came to mind pertaining to this Table was King Arthur’s round table.)

I saw clearly that He had a crown on His head and He carried a rod, a staff and book in His hand. It was obvious that He is a majestic King who is full of authority, and that He has a plan that He has worked out as the First and Last. There were keys tied around His kingly garment. I understood these as referring to the “key of David” in Revelation 3:7.

Then a voice proclaimed,

The Council of the Lord is about to convene. The invitation is given to all who would hear, prepare, and come before the Audience of the King. This is the divine summons to come before the table of the LORD for an Audience with the King. It is for the receiving of My divine order, strategy and battle plan for the battle that is to come!

Jesus will Himself personally bring us to stand before His presence and impart to us His orders from heaven, which will empower us to be ready.

Then the LORD began to speak to me through three specific passages — Revelation 3:20; Zechariah 3:1–8 and Zechariah 4:14. All three passages are vital to prepare us in order to lead us to Jeremiah 23:18.

I am standing at the ‘door’ of the hearts of many of My people in this divine moment,

says the LORD to me,

I am knocking and calling. Whoever hears and opens the ‘door’, I will bring him to the ‘Table of the Lord’ (i.e. Song of Songs 2:4 Table).

Then the LORD emphasized these aspects of the revelation of Who He is that are vital for us to encounter in this season — He came with eyes like “flames of fire”, His heart burns like an eternal flame of fire, His right hand holds the seven stars, He has a sword that is girded around His thigh and the key of David tied around His belt.

I understood that He was directing us to the Seven Letters to the Seven Churches in Revelation 2 – 3. These will be two important chapters that will prepare the hearts of God’s people to enter into the “Revelation 4 door of glory”.

The Lord spoke again,

The ‘Revelation 3:20 moment’ is also the ‘Jeremiah 23:18 hour’. If you would open the Revelation 3:20 door of your heart, I will open the Revelation 4 door of My glory. It is My desire to bring you higher for this is the season of encounters, visitations and impartations.

Surely He is coming to give us the sword, torch, staff, and book.

Then the scene switched to Zechariah 3:1–8 where I heard God giving His summons to come and stand before Him in the courts of heaven. The Lord said,

Come, stand before Me for a time of washing, removing, purifying and sanctifying.

It will be a time of cleansing by the blood, washing with His Word, removal by the renewing of our minds, and purifying by fire, until holiness and confidence are formed and forged in us.

(When we stand before the LORD, He will declare His truths over us. It will be a time where God declares who we are in Him, so that we are made clean, just as He did for Joshua, the high priest in Zechariah 3.)

The LORD will refine and purify every motive and intention, and He will also silence every accusation, shame, guilt and condemnation as these will keep us from receiving and speaking forth His prophetic word (Eph. 3:12; Heb. 4:16). We need to be established in the Zechariah 3 grace in order to stand at the Council of the LORD with confidence. It is because of His gentleness and grace that righteousness can be formed and forged in us (Ps. 18:35).

Then the scene switched to Zechariah 4:14 where I saw two olive trees. The Lord spoke clearly, 

Now, come and stand beside me for a time of preparation, impartation and receiving of grace.

The Zechariah 4 grace is required for us to be ready for what is to come.

The LORD showed me four different numbers which symbolised the prophetic process of His preparation — “10”, “20”, “30” and “40”. He will bring us through a season of PERFECTION (1 Pet. 5:10) unto PROMOTION (Ps. 75:6–7) unto EMERGENCE (Ps. 78:72) and finally, the PROCESSION of His glorious Bride (2 Cor. 2:14). Then the LORD spoke again,

This is the season where you need to be established through a season of faithfulness unto forming and forging humility, integrity, purity, and righteousness in your character.

The vision finally switched to Jeremiah 23:18 where the LORD will bring us to the “Table of the LORD”. Then He gave a divine summons,

Now, come and stand in the counsel of the Lord where I will give My divine strategy, blueprint, heavenly order and battle plan.

This is a season of heavenly encounters, open vision, divine visitations and Throne–room encounters.

(Why a “round table”? The reason King Arthur used a round table was because he wanted the knights in his court to be considered equal. In like manner, it is the desire of Jesus’ heart to raise up an equally yoked Bride to partner with Him — those who understand Him, know Him and will stand as His friends. This vision is about the King who invites us to come to the Council of the LORD where He will give His order. He is not sitting on His throne to give His order; He is doing so at the round table of the LORD.)
